The hotel is located in the center of this city, right next to the market place. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. Free parking and WiFi were also provided. The breakfast had a good selection of European and American options. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when I accidentally left my handbag on the train. Thanks to their assistance, I had it returned the same evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location in the center of town was perfect, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy all that the area has to offer. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with them going above and beyond to assist us, even when we had a mishap and left our belongings on the train. Thanks to their help, our items were returned to us the same evening, relieving us of so much stress. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus, ensuring that we could stay connected during our stay. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock added to the overall comfort and convenience of our room. The dining options here were fantastic, with a restaurant buffet and a bar/lounge area. We also indulged in the leisure facilities, including the sauna and jacuzzi, which were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing.
In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent my Easter weekend at a hotel in Kokkola and had a great time! The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed the cozy and modern rooms, which were equipped with comfortable beds and a great Wi-Fi connection. Not to mention the delicious breakfast and the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along for the trip.
The only downside of my Easter weekend at the hotel was that the parking was a bit limited, but luckily there was a public parking lot nearby. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Kokkola.
